“I was just thinking back to that first course I took with you – I was the very least experienced and least competent writer in that room, but you always made me feel welcome and never made me feel less than anyone else, so just wanted to say thanks. I really enjoyed the brief time I spent learning from you and came away motivated to go further. Thanks for your kindness when I was nervous, and for your patience and enthusiasm.” – Paul, previous course participant
